New in 2014! The purpose of the Public Notice Journalism Award contest is to recognize excellence in journalism that draws reader attention to public notices. Sponsored by The Legal Intelligencer, Philadelphia, $200 will be awarded annually to the Pennsylvania winner, and the winning entry will be entered into the national competition to vie for the national award of $700.

Deadline for entries is Friday, Sept. 19, 2014. Entries must be received at PNA, 3899 N. Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110, by 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 19. Winner will be recognized at the 90th Annual PNA Convention, Nov. 5-7, at The Omni William Penn, Pittsburgh. Presentation of national winner will be made at a recognized national association event in 2015.
