The 5th Keystone Multimedia Workshop
This three-day workshop, sponsored by Penn State's College of Communications and the Pennsylvania Newspaper Association Foundation, provides intensive, hands-on training in audio, video and photojournalism. With the guidance of experienced coaches, participants will craft and in-depth story using their choice of audio, still photography and video.
The Keystone Multimedia Workshop was founded by faculty members at Penn State in 2008 to provide low-cost training to journalists and students alike. From beginners to intermediate, those interested in hands-on training in all forms of multimedia, those who want to produce the best multimedia for the least cost, and/or those wishing to build their Web presence should consider participating. It is not necessary to have any experience with digital audio, still photography or video to successfully participate in this workshop.
The cost for this three-day workshop is only $195 for PNA member; $95 for Pennsylvania college students and $295 for non-members and out-of-state participants (meals not included). A special group rate for overnight accommodations is available at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel for participants.
To register, contact Teresa Shaak, Manager, Foundation Projects, at firstname.lastname@example.org or (717) 703-3003. But don't delay - registration is limited to the first 20 registrants!
