Farley will assume the position of regional general manager for The Times-Tribune (Scranton), The Citizens’ Voice (Wilkes-Barre) and Hazleton Standard-Speaker upon the retirement of James E. Towner, general manager of The Times-Tribune, early next year. Farley is currently a group publisher of Times-Shamrock Communications’ Alternative Newsweekly Division and publisher of the Baltimore City Paper.
