After 27 years,
Observer-Reporter (Washington) business editor Michael Bradwell is retiring. Bradwell got his start in the newspaper business at the
Bedford Gazette, later taking jobs in public relations and as a general assignment reporter and copy editor at the Observer-Reporter. Staff writer Rick Shrum will take over the business beat.
