The PMN Integrated National Sales Executive identifies large platform agnostic advertising sales opportunities and leads specialists as needed from, PMN Events, marketing research and more to close these deals. Sales are often complex and require creativity, persistence and sell through to high profile clients and multiple agencies.

Primary responsibilities are advertising sales / business development within new and existing vertical markets. Integrated National Sales Executives develop and sell client solutions across digital, print and event platforms. • Prospecting and new business development • Creating and selling custom cross channel sponsorships and promotions • Strategic management for complex accounts and their agencies • Creating proposals • Performing to revenue and activity standards • Meeting KPIs on a consistent basis • Negotiating annual advertising agreements • Forecasting revenue • Managing revenue at risk • Securing meetings and presenting to groups • Becoming an expert in specific vertical markets • Attending industry conventions as needed • Travel and client entertaining as needed • Developing and deploying effective contact management strategies • Utilizing a team of marketing and other support services • Using Sugar CRM on a constant basis • Being proficient in PMN products and services across digital, print and event categories

Requirements: • You must think and act like a sales hunter. Aggressive sales activity is expected • Strong client and agency rolodex; well networked • Strong desire to bring positive energy and strong sales activity to the team • Keen ability to identify and present big picture concepts, yet pay attention to detail • 5 years minimum prior digital and print advertising sales experience • Flawless written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's Degree • Ability to multitask and balance the needs of multiple departments within the company • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products, Sugar CRM and other internal systems • Outstanding customer service skills required • Reliable car transportation • Flexible work schedule for travel as needed
