A sales workshop with a slightly different attitude!
Advertising is more than a design. The creation of compelling and influential advertisements requires an understanding of the technical aspects of campaign development, including the target audience, message creation, and the hierarchy of ad elements.
Collectively, all of these elements work together to form ads that resonate with the audience and ultimately drive consumer response.
Use this session to arm sales reps with a deeper understanding of advertising and how to translate sales messages into the marketplace across multiple media platforms.

Presenter: Renee Tacka
Renee is a former major accounts sales manager and director for The Patriot-News, Harrisburg, as well as MediaOnePA in York. She has managed sales teams while coaching and training them in negotiations, sales strategies and market analysis. She has an extensive background in marketing, and research having worked for Claritas, also. Renee holds a B.S. and an MBA in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania where she is a professor of marketing in the Graham School of Business. She recently achieved her Doctorate of Business Administration from Wilmington University.
