Gina leads Harmelin Media’s print practice managing our more complex print accounts, sets Harmelin Media print planning policy, serves as a liaison to the media and monitors the print landscape.  She has been with us since 1993 and has worked on healthcare, financial, higher education, apparel and direct response accounts.  

Gina has a B.B.A. in Marketing from Temple University.


Colleen Jones, Media Director
Martin Communications, Inc.

Colleen received a degree in Music and Business from Susquehanna University in 2005. She spent a decade at publisher Journal Multimedia (parent company of the Central Penn Business Journal and Central Penn Parent magazine), where she created successful events designed around efficient marketing plans and strong relationships with clients and vendors. For the past 5 years, Colleen has been at Martin Communications, a boutique agency outside Harrisburg, where she focuses on building media strategies with layered media mixes incorporating traditional, digital, and emerging platforms.


Peter Baird, Vice President, Director of Media
Red House Communications

Pete Baird has over 18 years experience in developing successful media platforms and marketing strategies for brands at the international, national, and local levels. Pete has composed integrated media plans for such prominent brands as Wal-Mart, AT&T, BMW, the University of Maryland, Cedar Fair Entertainment, Pennsylvania Tourism, and the Pennsylvania Department of Health. In his present role at Red House, Pete oversees media strategy, planning, and buying for all agency clients. Regardless of whether the budget is $70,000 or $70,000,000, Pete’s attention to detail and strategic approach is the same – quite simply, it’s to maximize value while minimizing risk. Pete graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2001, majoring in advertising and public relations. He later received his MBA in marketing strategy from the University of Maryland in 2009.
