Many newspapers successfully started their digital agencies more than a decade ago to diversify their revenue stream. In this session, media analyst Gordon Borrell will walk you through the necessary steps to create your successful digital agency. He will share what he has learned from those who have succeeded, as well as from those who have failed, so you can avoid making the same costly mistakes.
Gordon will also share the results of new research showing what advertisers themselves are saying they need from newspapers and the results of a survey of PNA members regarding how they are handling print and digital sales.
Community newspapers in Pennsylvania are vital. Readers learn about what is happening in their local area at a grassroots level and are informed, educated and entertained by these publications. There are unique opportunities and challenges involved in running a community newspaper. During this inaugural event, industry experts and Forum participants will share thoughts and ideas, exchange best practice tips to maintain and grow business and set a course of action to ensure continued success.
The PNA Community Newspaper Forum is free of charge to PNA members.
