Legislature 101
Often in the news, Pennsylvania is one of the few states with both a full-time and politically divided legislature. Join us for an informative session with Nick Malawskey, a former veteran reporter who has worked in the state Capitol for the last six years as a communications specialist for a look at how our state’s governing body works. He’ll cover how to find your legislators and look up bills and resolutions, as well who to call when you’re looking for a quote or background information. Equally important, Nick will talk about the vast amount of free and fair use photos, videos, and information available from the legislature and how to access them.
