Before that, Ravalli held several key leadership positions at ADP. Ravalli recently received the Stevies Silver Female Executive of the Year. She was also instrumental in PandoLogic winning the Women in Business World Awards gold for Best Technology to Combat and Reduce the impact of COVID-19. Ravalli also led PandoLogic to win the SIIA CODiE Best Human Capital or Talent Management Solution and the Ventana Research 14th Annual Digital Innovation Awards.
