Winning Ways_ Investigative Reporting Done Right

Investigative journalism at its best. Hear from PNA award-winning investigative journalists.

Jo Ciavaglia of the Bucks County Courier Times has won many awards over her illustrious career. Most recently, she won a Keystone Award for “Death of a Little Angel” an investigation into the death of a 19-month-old girl in an unlicensed and illegal home day care.

She will be joined by Sarah Hofius Hall, Joe Kohut and Jim Lockwood of The Times-Tribune, Scranton, winners of the 2019 John V.R. Bull Freedom of Information Award.

Appropriate for reporters as well as editors.

Registration fee is $10 for PNA and PSNE members.  $20 for non-members.  Provided by the Pennsylvania NewsMedia Association Foundation in conjunction with the PA Society of News Editors.

This webinar is scheduled to begin promptly at 12 noon and will conclude in less than an hour.  Registrants must have both a computer and phone in order to participate.  Gather together in one room and have lunch and learn!

To register, email foundation@pa-news.org or phone (717) 703-3003. Participation instructions will be emailed one to two days before the session.
