DESCRIPTION:Join us for a complimentary two-part virtual training series\, Belonging & Beyond. The objective of this training is to help individuals improve a sense of belonging in their workplace.  The dates of these can’t miss virtual sessions are: \n\nMonday\, Oct. 20 (noon to 1 p.m.) and\nMonday\, Nov. 17 (noon to 1 p.m.)\n\nBelonging & Beyond is an original program created & delivered by Una Martone\, President & CEO of Leadership Harrisburg Area and Joseph Robinson\, Jr.\, Board President\, Martin Luther King\, Jr. Leadership Development Institute. \nBelonging & Beyond will be delivered in two 1-hour sessions focusing on Defining the Characteristics of High Performing Teams; Exploring Cultural Belonging & the Barriers to Achieving It; Understanding Bias; and Implementing Cultural Change – from your seat in the organization. Belonging & Beyond provides a statistical foundation and solid research supporting the dynamic content. \nThe training is interactive and invites everyone’s input and participation.
