In 2016, PNA compiled a selection of Pennsylvania newspapers’ ongoing coverage of the opioid crisis. Our members remain at the heart of their communities and are instrumental in gathering information and tracking local developments that are vital for an informed, engaged citizenry. The opioid crisis has affected all regions of Pennsylvania and the country and PNA members have covered the issue extensively. This publication highlights the important work Pennsylvania newspapers have done to shed light on the problem and help readers understand and respond.
