Apply online for future openings as a Client Solutions Representative. As a Client Solutions Representative you will provide inbound customer service via the telephone, internet and/or email. Handle customer inquiries and resolve non-product related support issues, such as address changes, or processing of orders

 

Job Duties Include: 

  • Answers inbound calls, email requests or online submissions regarding advertisements handling one or more areas including but not limited to legal notices, private party calls, obituaries, employment, bargain counter, community, etc.
  • Answers questions, identify the root cause of the call and research to resolve the customer inquiry upon first contact. Interactions with customers are based on internal policies, practices and special promotions.
  • Upselling to customers to achieve higher sales while enhancing customer reach.
  • Assists customers with troubleshooting online account issues and utilizing online tools that are available to ensure extraordinary customer service.
  • May work with one or multiple customer support lines.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand and build relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams such as outside reps and artists.
  • Generate new sales with existing or (and) new clients and identify areas of improvement.
  • Prepare/provide regular progress reports to supervisor using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with outside sales to identify and grow opportunities within territory.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) and 0-2 year prior customer service.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office.
  • Demonstrated keyboards skills and impressive telephone etiquette.
  • Possesses a positive attitude and ability to work and communicate with others is vital.
  • Wishes to work in a business environment in which every employee seeks to be great every day.
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at one time.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
