Reporter – Press Enterprise (Bloomsburg)

The Press Enterprise in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time, general-assignment reporter who wants to tell stories of small-town America.

Since 1902, we’ve been a family-owned paper covering Columbia and Montour counties, including the towns of Bloomsburg, Berwick and Danville. We try to fill our pages each day with detailed reporting and straightforward, no-frills news writing.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for someone with reporting and writing skills, along with a background in the digital world. That could mean a new college graduate looking to learn the basics of the job, or a veteran of the field ready to dig into town budget disputes, get to the bottom of drug busts and tell readers about their interesting neighbors.
