The Pennsylvania NewsMedia Association (PNA) and its Foundation (PNAF) are seeking a meticulously organized, initiative-taking professional who excels at managing multiple priorities and maintaining accuracy to support key administrative functions and assisting with impactful events, programs, and membership services. As the Association Support Coordinator, you will play an integral role in supporting the PNA Foundation’s training programs, awards, contests, and member services, all while contributing to the success of a well-respected news support organization.

SALARY: $20-$22 per hour

HYBRID SCHEDULE: Standard office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a one-hour lunch, Mondays and Fridays are virtual; Tuesdays through Thursdays are in the office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
PNAF (60%) Foundation Support
• Assist with training programs including registration questions, confirmations, and website updates.
• Assist with events, registration and other details as determined by the Sr Manager.
• Support the Internship Guide process.
• Support all aspects of contests and awards including development of PowerPoint presentations.
• Update and support board meetings and communications as determined by the Sr Manager.
PNA (25%) Marketing and Membership Support
• Oversee the member database, directory and member updates, verify data and pull reports.
• Answer member requests such as website requests and press passes.
• Support member visits with printed marketing materials.
PNA (15%) PNA Office Administrative Support
• Oversee and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages, printing needs.
• Order supplies, food and beverage for meetings, materials and other office needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), WordPress, & CRM platforms a plus.
Optimistic, enthusiastic and professional attitude.
Keen attention to detail, time management skills and multi-tasking is required.
Ability to accomplish tasks on a tight deadline and often on short notice.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Other duties as assigned.
