Belonging & Beyond – Part I
Join us for a complimentary two-part virtual training series, Belonging & Beyond. The objective of this training is to help individuals improve a sense of belonging in their workplace. The dates of these can’t miss virtual sessions are:
- Monday, Oct. 20 (noon to 1 p.m.) and
- Monday, Nov. 17 (noon to 1 p.m.)
Belonging & Beyond is an original program created & delivered by Una Martone, President & CEO of Leadership Harrisburg Area and Joseph Robinson, Jr., Board President, Martin Luther King, Jr. Leadership Development Institute.
Belonging & Beyond will be delivered in two 1-hour sessions focusing on Defining the Characteristics of High Performing Teams; Exploring Cultural Belonging & the Barriers to Achieving It; Understanding Bias; and Implementing Cultural Change – from your seat in the organization. Belonging & Beyond provides a statistical foundation and solid research supporting the dynamic content.
The training is interactive and invites everyone’s input and participation. To engage open dialogue and participation, these sessions will NOT be recorded.
