Amy Casale is a 2L J.D. Candidate at Penn State Dickinson Law’s (PSDL) University Park Campus and is serving as PNA’s legal extern for the Fall 2025 semester. 

Amy holds her Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, where she studied Psychology and Political Science. She would like to thank Catie Gavenonis and the entire PNA legal team for welcoming her aboard and she is excited for the rest of the fall semester. 

As the president and founder of PSDL’s Media Law Society student organization, Amy is extremely passionate about the projects she has been given the opportunity to work on as a part of PNA’s legal team this semester. She has a great interest in First Amendment litigation and is grateful for this opportunity to work so closely with the press. In addition to the Media Law Society, Amy is also Vice President of the Human Rights Society, Associate Editor for PSDL’s Arbitration Law Review, and a competition oralist for PSDL’s Vis Moot international team.
