Did you know many PNA members offer a wide range of printing and production services that can support fellow news organizations?

From traditional job printing to full newspaper production, several members have the equipment, expertise and capacity to handle both commercial and publication-focused projects. Services available within the PNA network include envelopes, letterhead, business forms, tickets, rubber stamps, signage and other custom print materials, as well as regular publication and commercial printing jobs.

Members report the ability to produce both broadsheet and tabloid formats, with flexible page counts and options for color printing. Capabilities include pre-running sections for larger newspaper runs, quarter-fold production, inserting, inkjet and postal labeling, and delivery services. Paper options range from standard newsprint to heavier bright white stock, depending on the project.

In addition to newspaper production, members can produce single-sheet posters, tri-folds and small multi-page publications, with some glossy products available through trusted third-party partners. One member also noted the ability to coordinate multi-step jobs, such as printing inside pages in-house and assembling final products with glossy covers printed elsewhere.
