What steps have you taken to overcome these challenges?	Talked to local Post office. Wrote to Sen. Casey and Sen Toomey and talked to Congressman Keller. Talked to a caller from the Post aService about two weeks ago. Said she would get back to me. Never heard anything. Talked to other Publsihers.
