Pennsylvania people are the salt of the earth

That’s what I got out of my PNA experience. I truly enjoyed every day and it all started with the top flight team in Harrisburg. New to that industry, they were kind enough to guide me, correct me and edit me. I purposely wanted to plow in new directions and they happily went along with me. It was a joyride and one…that I will truly cherish.
We created a fun Brewfest event in Williamsport that the community appreciated and the newspaper was happy that we drew a great crowd. I remember the very good local band and although it was rainy, it didn’t deter the locals from dancing and sipping area PA beer. PNA and newspapers will always be about community.
I loved hitting the road and seeing members on my listening tour. Many opened up and I enjoyed how passionate they were about our industry.
To sum up, I had a memorable experience in every aspect as president and it stemmed from my team, the members and that Pennsylvania pride that came with living in the great state of PA.
