About the presenter:
Terese Kartholl is Local Media Associations’s Director of Journalism Funding Initiatives and focuses on community support for journalism, grants management, and fiscal sponsorship.
She has over 15 years of experience in non-profit fundraising, stewardship, grant writing, and prospect development. Most recently, she served as senior associate director of donor relations for Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she was involved in a fundraising campaign that generated more than $250 million and engaged more than 10,000 donors.
Terese has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Loyola University Chicago. She is based in the Chicago suburbs.
