The PNA Legislative Affairs department kindly asks that you complete this very brief, but critical, survey regarding public notices, whose publication in newspapers is once again threatened by pending and anticipated bills in both legislative chambers. The survey results will provide a baseline for a public notice task force to formulate ideas to present to the board of directors that will be used in discussions with legislators on the future of public notice laws.
